SITUATION
A global technology enterprise required an objective advisor to assist as they explored vendor financing solutions across multiple geographies.
SOLUTION
The Alta Group assessed the client’s current financing program and recommended a customized, multi-funder global financing solution that included a comprehensive RFP process. As part of the assessment, Alta performed detailed value chain and gap analysis and isolated critical financing requirements across all geographic areas. Alta presented alternative customer financing structures and operational models and identified suitable funding partners in each region. After completing the required analysis, Alta co-authored the RFP document, managed the RFP process and designed the RFP evaluation scorecard for final decision making.
