A US independent lessor with a client base of global multinational clients required deal booking its new Mexican affiliate without significantly investing in local overheads.

SOLUTION

We adapted their business and contract structures to ensure a bankable contract model according to local customs and regulations. Using our network and good reputation in the Mexican financial markets, Alta arranged funding commitments from Mexican banks. Our experts assisted the client in negotiating with lessees and the banks as well as coordinating the timely funding of the deals. In an ongoing capacity, Alta provides monitoring of billing and collections, and manages the relationship with the Mexican lessee.
